Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using P77APP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using P77APP ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use P77APP. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that participation in real money gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One account per person. Multiple or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games operate on certified random number generation (RNG). Any use of bots, collusion, exploits, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings and account termination.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Deposits are credited to your wallet and may be used to play eligible games.
  • Withdrawals are subject to identity (KYC) verification and applicable limits.
  • We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals where fraud or policy violations are suspected.
  • Applicable taxes (including TDS as per Indian law) may be deducted from winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App.
  • Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses and promotions.
  • Providing false information or impersonating others.
  • Using unauthorized third-party software, bots, automation tools, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Circumventing geographic, age, or other eligibility restrictions, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or false location or identity information.
  • Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity intended to manipulate game outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and software in P77APP are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

P77APP.PRO may link to, reference, or provide information about third-party real-money gaming services, payment providers, or promotional partners. These third-party services are independent of P77APP and are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and licensing requirements. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, fairness, payouts, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any such third-party service is solely between you and that provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

P77APP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses incurred through gameplay.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and P77APP, we encourage you to first contact us using the details below so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. Where informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law section below.

11. Governing Law

12. Force Majeure

P77APP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, changes in law or regulation, internet or network outages, power failures, labor disputes, or other similar events. 13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and P77APP regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

15. Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be for entertainment. Play within your limits and never wager more than you can afford to lose. If gaming stops being fun, please seek help and use our self-exclusion tools.
